Division Summary
Division 5 consisted of 5 teams in a double round robin of 8 rounds, and 32 players participated. Southampton D won with a dominant 7 wins and 1 draw followed by Eastleigh Railway D with 4 wins and a draw, Southampton University D with 3 wins and 1 draw, Winchester D with 3 wins, and Ordnance Survey C with 1 win and 1 draw.

John Davis had the 3rd highest rating performance in the division with 100.4, the 2nd to 3rd highest points score with 4.5 points, the 4th highest percentage score with 64.3%, and the 3rd highest performance above a player’s grade with +7.4. J. Ingamells was joint 4th to 8th highest points scorer with 4.
Eastleigh Railway D: Mike Henbury had the top rating performance of 113, joint 2nd to 3rd highest points score of 4.5, joint 1st to 2nd highest percentage score with 75%, and 4th highest performance above a player’s grade with +7. N. George had the 4th highest rating performance with 99.8, the joint 4th to 8th highest points score of 4, and 3rd highest percentage score with 66.7%.
