English Chess Federation

English Chess Grades have been updated, the latest rating list is online.

The Federation are introducing a new membership system. ECF expect to be sending out renewal notices, which will include the details you need to log on to the new system and links to instructions, around 7th August.

The ECF are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Frostick as Manager of Female Social Media.

An exciting new event featuring eight 15-round qualifying Swiss tournaments played in different cities around the United Kingdom on Saturday, 8th September, with the top two players in each qualifier qualifying for the Final on Saturday 1st December 2018. Both Finals and the qualifiers combined will have a total prize fund in excess of £5,000.
