Cosham C were substantially lower rated than the other teams, averaging 95.  They were not far off staying in the division though, only losing to Emsworth B on game score (13 to 16.5).  Overall their performance was good given the lower average rating.

The outstanding performance was by M.L.Bowater (115) with a 71.4% score over 7 games and a 142.6 performance rating, (5th best in the division).

Portsmouth A were the lowest rated in the division by some margin with an average grade of 101.3, and achieved an average rating performance of 104.4. Several of Portsmouth's top players left the club before the start of the division meaning the A team was left severely weakened, and this led to being relegated from Division 1.

an Matthew scored a respectable performance rating of 139.7, and several of the players scored well above their grades, but the team was still not strong enough for the division and this is illustrated in that the highest percentage score of any player was only 30%. Meanwhile, the strength of the club has been rebuilding so hopefully Portsmouth will be back in the top flight soon.
