The 2007 Hampshire Congress was held Friday 2nd November to Sunday 4th November 2007.  The games from this will be supplied at a later date.

I am hoping the new Hampshire Individual Champion will annotate one of his games, as we have been lucky enough in the past for the champion to do this.
